Circuit

  • 1. Walking Lunges50 m w/ 30-60 lbs. dumbbells

  • 2. Sled Push335 lbs. x 12.5 m (weight includes sled)

  • 3. Row - 250 m (0.165 miles)

  • 4. Wall Balls14-20 lbs. x 25 reps

  • 5. Burpee Broad Jumps25 m

  • 6. Run - 1 Km (0.62 miles)
