  • 1. Run - 1 Km (0.62 miles)

  • 2. Sled Push335 lbs. x 50 m (weight includes sled)

  • 3. Row - 1 Km (0.62 miles)

  • 4. Burpee Broad Jumpsx 25 reps

  • 5. Run - 1 Km (0.62 miles)

  • 6. Wall Balls 11-20 lbs.  x 30 reps
