I want to share what I've learned over the past three decades because you deserve to know how to create the health and fitness of your dreams. If you're willing to put in the effort, you can achieve your goals and have them stick for life.
Doing this became necessary because when I first entered the US, it was immediately apparent how the health and fitness industry sold baseless products and information. What was being shared was (and largely still is) not making a difference. Sure, the money is decent, but I refuse to be any part of the "does it matter if they buy it?" culture.
You see, when I was young, I was never satisfied with "solutions" that didn't work. Which resulted in me constantly searching for what did. And I never had a problem putting in the effort if what I was practicing was shown to make a difference. I believe this is what helped me to become good at sports.
Unfortunately, after two university degrees, the information I learned and therefore shared with my clients' didn't consistently work. This got under my skin. Eventually, I accepted that I needed help to help people achieve their goals.
Luckily, I got it.
I've come to believe that knowledge isn't power, only accurate knowledge is power. It's not that the more you know the better, it's the more right stuff you know that makes a difference.
The "magic" is not in any miracle diet or life-changing workout routine; it's in developing your ability to make lasting changes in eating and exercise habits.
